The agriculture and industrial sources are in the rural area along with the human force of Afghanistan, but the urban people has more access to the primary amenities & sources of life compare to rural people. We can eliminate the barriers and bring solution to cure the poverty by the best of infrastructure management. We will strengthen the development of rural area by different sectors. Therefor it will decrease the differential comparison between the urban and rural area and people are not needed to migrate from rural to urban.
