Work progress of a potable water purifier installation project in Faryab

With the total cost of 3.7 million AFNs, the installation process of one potable water purifier system is ongoing through the Citizens’ Charter National Priority (CCPP) program of the Rural Rehabilitation and Development Ministry (MRRD) in Khairkhuwa village of Handkhew district of Faryab province.
The capacity of this water purifier is 1000 liters per hour and has two reservoirs with   20 and 16 cubic meters capacity. The project also includes drilling a water well that will provide purified drinking water for 250 families in the village of Khairkhuwa and its neighboring villages.
