Work progress of a 793-meter irrigation Canal construction project in Kandahar province

Construction of 793 meters of RCC irrigation canal is under process (ongoing) by the Regional Programs Coordination Office of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in Nakudak village located in Dand district of Kandahar province.

During the implementation of this project, 2334 working days have been created and after its completion, 1872 local residents will be benefited from the facilities.

. It is worth mentioning that with the construction of the mentioned canal, not only hundreds hectares of the agricultural land will be covered by regular irrigation, the water loss will be also prevented.
