Work progress of 1.26 km protective wall construction project in Nangarhar

Construction of 1.26 km protective wall has been 83% completed and will be completed soon by the Regional Programs coordination Office of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in Chahardehi village located in Betikot district of Nangarhar province.

During the implementation of this project, 10,583 working days have been created and after its completion, 1820 people will be benefited.

It is worth mentioning that by the construction of the mentioned wall, hundreds of hectares of the agricultural land, gardens and residential houses of local people will be protected from the danger of floods.
