Work progress of a 317- meter protective wall construction project costing seven million AFN in Nangarhar province
Construction of a 317- meter protective wall worth seven million AFN has been 85% completed by the Regional Programs Coordination Office of Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) in Kuta wall village located in Haska meena district of Nangarhar province
During the implementation of the mentioned project 3581 working days have been created for the locals and after completion 840 villagers will be benefited.
It’s worth mentioning that the mentioned wall protects a large part of the agricultural land and residential houses of the local people from the threat of floods.
