د کلیو د بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري د څه باندې ۲.۵ میلیونه افغانیو په ارزښت د څښاک د پاکو اوبو د یوې شبکې د جوړولو کار د کندز ولایت د مزکز اړوند د حمید بای کلي د پراختیایي شورا له خوا روان دی. د څښاک د پاکو اوبو دغه شبکه چې ۲۵۶۰ متره اوږدوالی، د ۲۰ مکعبه متره اوبو یوه زیرمه، ۲۱ نلکې او د ۷۰ مترو په ژوروالي یوه څاه لرونکې ده د جوړولو کاریې تر ۹۰ سلنه پر مخ تللی دی. د یادونې وړ ده چې د دغې پروژې د جوړلو په بهیر کې به ماهرو اوغیرو ماهرو کاریګروته ۱۶۳۵ کاری ورځې رامنځته شي اوتر بشپړیدو وروسته به د کلي ۶۰۴ کورنۍ د څښاک پاکو اوبوته لاسرسۍ پیدا کړي.
