د څه باندې ۸ میلیونه او ۷۰۰ زره افغانیو په ارزښت د کلیو د بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري د یوې لمریزې بریښنا د شبکې د جوړولو کار د تخارولایت د دشت قلعه ولسوالۍ د حاجي حق نظر کلي د پراختیایي شورا لخوا بشپړ اوګټې اخیستنې ته وسپارل شو. دغه د بریښنا لمریزه شبکه د ۲۳ کیلوواټو بریښنا د تولید ظرفیت لري او د نوموړې پروژې د کار په بهیر کې  ماهرو او غیرو ماهرو کاریګروته  ۴۱۵ کاري ورځې رامنځته شوې او د کلي ۱۹۸ کورنۍ ترینه ګټه پورته کوي.
