The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development Held a Coordination Meeting with Institution Representatives

Under the chairmanship of Acting Minister Alhaj Mullah Muhammad Younus Akhundzada, the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development held a coordination meeting with representatives of various institutions earlier today.
The meeting, held at the ministry's headquarters, was attended by Acting Minister Alhaj Mullah Muhammad Younus Akhundzada, central directors of the ministry, Rolf Lovendijk, head of the WASH division at UNICEF, as well as representatives from the Ministries of Public Health and Education, along with other institutions.
At the beginning of the meeting, Acting Minister Akhundzada welcomed the guests and delivered a keynote speech emphasizing the significance of the gathering. He stated, “Our responsibility is to implement projects in areas where they can alleviate the suffering of vulnerable and hardworking Afghans.
We strive to ensure that projects reach those in need and provide essential public services.”
Furthermore, the minister highlighted the importance of balanced development, stressing that projects should be implemented based on people’s needs. He reaffirmed the ministry’s commitment to addressing the challenges faced by citizens in a timely manner.
The representatives of the institutions also shared their views, which were attentively heard. The meeting concluded with a prayer.
