Introducing of the new Deputy Minister for programs of MRRD
H.E Mujib Rahman Karimi the Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD), during a ceremony attended by Merajuddin Shams, Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration, Shahzar Zadran, former Deputy Minister of Programs, and a number of heads and employees of the Ministry, introduced Mr. Popal Habibi, Master of Social Development and Technical Adviser of Afghan Government Negotiating Committee on Peace Talks , as the new Deputy Minister for programs of Rural Rehabilitation and Development.
At the ceremony which was held on the occasion H.E Karimi said: “Mr. Shahzar Zadran has fulfilled his responsibilities well during his eight-month period of work, and we congratulate him for successfully overcoming this great responsibility.”
The Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development also added that Mr. Habibi will be a suitable person to determine the programs of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, considering his background and experience in national and international departments, And asked Mr. Popel, in coordination with other colleagues, to spare no effort for the welfare, progress and development of the country.
Shahzar Zadran, former Deputy Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, thanked from H.E Mr. President and Mujib Rahman Karimi for their trust, addressing Mr. Habibi he said that working as the mentioned position is definitely heavy and challenging but cooperation and joining work of the employees can greatly reduce the difficulty of this path.
Popel Habibi, the new Deputy Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, said that the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development is one of the departments that works to reduce the gap between the government and the nation and builds trust, based on his made significant achievements in this area, he pledged to work and try hard to meet the demands and expectation of the leadership of MRRD and the people.
It is worth mentioning that in the end of the ceremony, H.E, Mujib Rahman Karimi thanked Mr. Shahzar Zadran for his valuable work and appreciated him.
