Construction of 24 kilometers road costing 54 million AFN begun in Ghor province
With the total cost of 54 million AFN, 24 Km road construction project has been completed and handed over through the Regional Programs Coordination Office of Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) in Sarbughndi and Now Qalha Kamran villages of Laal wa Sar e Jangal district of Ghor province.
This road will be constructed in 8 parts and 106 small bridges, 4 washes and 189 meters protective wall will be built along its rout. And during its construction 27 thousand working days have been created and after completion many residents of Ghor province will be benefited.
It’s worth to be stated that, this road will connect 60 villages of Lal and Sarjangal districts and will help the farmers to bring the agricultural products to the sales markets as soon as possible, in order to provide economic growth opportunities for the residents of these villages.
