A 608 - meter irrigation canal worth 1.6 million Afghanis completed in Kabul province

Construction of a 608 – meter agricultural water canal worth 1.6 million Afghanis has been recently completed and handed over by the Citizens’ Charter National Priority of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) in Khoroti village located in Khak Jabbar district of Kabul province.

During the construction of this canal, 707 working days were created for technical and non-technical workers, and after its completion, 35 families have been benefited from the facilities.

It is worth mentioning that this canal covers 250 acres of agricultural land with regular irrigation.
