161 Various Development Projects Launched in Laghman Province

The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development has initiated 161 development projects in the Alingar district of Laghman province, with an estimated cost of approximately 295 million Afghanis. These projects were officially launched during a meeting led by the Acting Minister of the Ministry, Alhaj Mullah Mohammad Younus Akhundzada, and his accompanying delegation.
In the meeting organized to commence the aforementioned projects, the Acting Minister of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, Alhaj Mullah Mohammad Younus Akhundzada, his delegation, the Deputy Governor of Laghman Province, Maulavi Akhtar Mohammad, the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Mines, Mr. Sabiri, the Chief of Staff of the Corps, Qari Enzargul, the District Governor of Alishing, Maulavi Noorulhadi, several other provincial officials, religious scholars, elders, and youth from the mentioned districts participated.
During the meeting, Alhaj Mullah Mohammad Younus Akhundzada delivered an important speech, stating: "The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development is committed to implementing essential projects in every village of the country so that the benefits reach the people. It is your responsibility to properly maintain these development projects."
These projects include the construction of rural roads, bridges, retaining walls, and canals.
During the construction work of these projects, hundreds of workers will be provided with employment opportunities, and upon completion, the projects will address the challenges faced by the residents of the mentioned district in their respective areas.
