The construction work of 600 meters protective wall is on progress by WFP with technical assistance of the Rural Rehabilitation and Development Ministry (MRRD) in Surkhakan area of Qargha e district of Laghman province.
This wall will be constructed in 6 months and by its completion hundreds of the agricultural lands will be protected from the flood risks.
