Work progress of a 1260- meter protective wall construction project worth 15 million AFN in Nangarhar province
With the total cost of 15 million AFN, construction of a 1260- meter protective wall project is under process through the Regional Programs Coordination Office of Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development Ministry (MRRD) in Chahar dahi village located in Bity kut district of Nangarhar province.
During the implementation of the mentioned project, 9422 working days have been created for the local workers and after its completion 1820 families directly and indirectly will be benefited.
It’s worth mentioning that the mentioned wall will protect 135 hectares of the agricultural lands and many residential lands from the flood risks.
