A water supply network construction project worth 5.4 million AFN in Farah province

Construction of a water supply network worth 5.4 million Afghanis has been completed by the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) with the financial support of UNICEF in Qala Mohammad village the provincial center of Farah province.

The network includes a reservoir with a capacity of 40 cubic meters, a water well, a solar pump, a door-to-door piping system and installation of meters that with its construction 650 families have gotten access to safe drinking water.
