A contract for the construction of a 4,106 km concreted canal costing of 20.5 million Afghanis was signed by the Director of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in Panjshir and the relevant Development Council.

This Project will be implemented by the Regional Programs Coordination office of MRRD within 18 months in Dullana village the provincial center of Panjshir and by its construction many agricultural lands will be covered by regular irrigation.
