Seventeen drinking-water supply networks inaugurated in Bamyan Province
The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development has completed the construction of seventeen drinking-water supply networks in six districts of Bamyan Province at a cost of around 40 million Afghanis. These networks were officially handed over for use during a ceremony attended by the esteemed Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, Al-Hajj Mullah Mohammad Yunus Akhundzada, and his accompanying delegation.
The ceremony was attended by the Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, Al-Hajj Mullah Mohammad Yunus Akhundzada, his delegation, the Governor of Bamyan Province, Al-Hajj Mawlawi Abdullah Sarhadi, the Head of the Provincial Rural Rehabilitation Department, Mawlawi Wahidullah Rashid, along with several other officials, religious scholars, elders, and youth.
With the completion of these networks, 12,600 residents of the mentioned districts have gained access to clean drinking water.
