کار حفر ۱۶ حلقه چاه آب آشامیدنی صحی به عمق ۴۰ متر و ارزش ۱.۶ میلیون افغانی از طرف برنامهی ملی میثاق شهروندی وزارت بازسازی و انکشاف دهات به وسیلهی شورای انکشافی روستای اکبر خان عمر خیل ولسوالی علی آباد ولایت کندز تکمیل و به بهره برداری سپرده شد.
در جریان کار این چاهها ۱۳۹۸ روز کاری برای ۳۲ کارگر فنی و ۱۷۴ کارگرغیر فنی ایجاد شده و با تکمیل آنها، ۴۶۴ خانواده به آب آشامیدنی صحی دسترسی یافته اند.
