کار اعمار یک باب مکتب ابتدایی به ارزش ۶.۱ میلیون افغانی زیر چتر پروژهی اقرا از سوی برنامهی ملی میثاق شهروندی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات، در ولسوالی علی آباد ولایت کندز جریان دارد.
این مکتب که برای آموزش دختران و پسران اعمار میشود، ۸ صنفی بوده و دارای ۵ تشناب و چاه آب آشامیدنی صحی نیز میباشد.
در جریان کار اعمار مکتب متذکره، برای ۸۶۶ کارگر فنی و ۲۹۶۸ کارگر غیر فنی ۳۸۳۴ روز کاری ایجاد میشود.
