د کلیو د بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري څه باندې د ۳ ميلیونه او ۴۰۰ زرو افغانیو په ارزښت د اوبو لګولو کانال  د بغلان ولایت د بغلان جدید ولسوالۍ د سړک عتیق خان کې جوړ شو. دغه کانال ۳۳۸ متره اوږدوالي لري او ۴۰۰ جریبه خمکه خړوبوي. د یاد کانال د جوړولو تر څنګ د ۱۰ څاه ګانو د کیندلو کارهم په همدې کلي  کې روان دی چې د نوموړو دوو پروژو په تطبیق سره به ۳۴۵ ماهرو او ۱۱۷۲ غیرماهرو کاریګرو ته ۱۵۱۷ کاري ورځې رامنځته شي او ۴۳۲ کورنۍ به ترې ګټه اخلي.
