د کلیو د بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري څه باندې درې میلیونه او ۵ سوه  زره افغانیوپه لګښت د اوبو رسولو دوو شبکو د جوړلو کار د کنړ ولایت د نرنګ ولسوالۍ  د شېر اباد په کلي کې روان دی. نوموړې شبکې چې د لمریزې بریښنا په ګټه اخیستلو سره فعالیږي او ۶۰ سلنه بشپړ شوی.  د ۱۰۰ مترو په ژوروالي څاه، د ۵۰ زره لیترو په ظرفیت د اوبو‌ زیرمه، ۱۵ نلکې او ۳۳۷۰ متره اوږدوالی لري،  چې په ۹۰ ورځو کې به بشبړې شي او  ۲۷۰ کورنۍ  به ترې  ګټه اخلي.
