د کلیو د بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام د څارنې، ساتنې او ودانۍ له پاره د پراختیایي نغدي وجهي پروګرام (MCCG) له لوري  د څلور ميليونه  افغانیو په لګښت د ۷ کیلو مترو په اوږدوالي  پرسړک باندې د شګې اچولو کار د کندز ولایت مرکز اړوند د خزاني  په کلي کې پیل شو. د نوموړې پروژې په  کاري  بهیر کې به  ۱۷۱ تنو غیر ماهر کاریګرو ته د کار زمینه برابره شي او د پروژو د کار د بشپړیدو وروسته به ۹۲۰ کورنۍ ترې ګټه اخلي.
