Work progress of 1.435 km protective wall construction project in Paktia province

Construction of 1,435 km of protective wall project has been 82 % completed by the Regional Programs Coordination Office of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in Darahagi area located in Zazi Ariob district of Paktia province.

During the implementation of this project, 1423 working days have been created and after the completion of 1470 local residents will be benefited.

It is worth mentioning that the construction of the mentioned wall will protect hundreds hectares of agricultural land and residential houses of local people from the risk of floods.
