The implementation progress of two development projects costing two million AFN in Parwan province

implementation of two development projects is under process by the Regional Programs Coordination Office of Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) in Shina village in Surkh Parsa district and Qalha boy village located in Shinwar district of Parwan province.

The projects include construction of a Canal, water intake and protective wall that during their implementation 6545 lobar days have been created and after accomplishment 2408 local villagers will be benefited.

It’s worth to be stated that by the implementation of the mentioned projects, 600 hectares of the agricultural lands will be covered by the regular irrigation and also other residential houses lands will be protected from the flood risks.
