Activities progress of the National Rural Economic Development Program in Kapisa
The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development's National Rural Economic Development Program has so far established 492 savings groups and 35 lending unions through 48 development councils in Mahmud Raqi, the capital of Kapisa province.
Creating a bank account to transfer money to 25 unions, distributing 492 funds and savings books to groups and lending unions are among the major activities of this program since its inception in Kapisa.
It should be mentioned that; Capacity building workshops have also been held for 2,000 members of these groups.
