د کلیو بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت له خوا د کندز د امام صاحب ولسوالۍ په بز پایان کلي کې د ۷ میلیونه افغانیو په ارزښت ۲۹۵ متره استنادي دیوال جوړ او ګټې اخیستنې ته وسپارل شو.

دا دیوال د ۶ میاشتو په موده کې په دوو پړاوونو کې جوړ شو چې سلګونو کسانو ته یې د لنډ مهالي کار زمینه برابره کړې وه.

ددې دیوال له کبله تحکیم شوی کانال به ۱۲۰۰ جریبه ځمکې ته د اوبه خور منظم سیستم رامنځ ته کړي چې د کرنیزو محصولاتو په ډیریدو به د سیمې د خلکو اقتصاد پیاوړی کړي.
