Handing over of one Kareaz project worth of 6 million AFN in Kandahar province

The construction work of an irrigation Kareaz worth of 6 million AFNs, completed and handed over through the Regional Program of the Rural Rehabilitation and Development Ministry (MRRD) in Haji Ali Shear village of Takhta pul district of Kandahar province.
This project includes digging of Kareaz wells, construction of irrigation Canal and water reservoir. During the construction of the mentioned Kareaz 3831 lobar days were created and by its accomplishment 75 hectares of the agricultural lands have been irrigated regularly and more than 527 villagers have been benefited from the facilities.
