د کليو بیارغونې او پراخیتا وزارت د اوبو رسولو د ملي پروګرام له لوري د تخار ولایت په بنګي او اشکمش په ولسوالیو کې د اوبو رسولو د یوې شبکې چارې د ۲۲۹ ميليونه افغانیو په ارزښت پیل شوې.
دا شبکه د ۶۸ ذخیرو په مټ د خوجه بند کشا چېنې څخه د ۹۰ کیلومترو په اوږدوالي د څښاک اوبه د بنګي او اشمکش ولسوالیو بېلابېلو کلیو ته رسوي.
د دې پروژې په کاري بهیر کې ۲۰ زره کاري ورځې رامنځته کېږي او ۷۶۵۹ کورنیو ته به د څښاک اوبه برابروي.
