د کلیو د بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري د څه باندې ۱،۸ ميليونه افغانیو په ارزښت  د کرنیزو  ځمکو د اوبو لګولو کانال د جوړولو کار د بغلان ولایت د بغلان جدید ولسوالۍ د سرک ۹ کلي د پراختیایي شورا لخوا بشپړ او ګټې اخیستنې ته وسپارل شو. دغه کانال ۴۵۰ متره اوږدوالی لري چې د نوموړې پروژې د کار په بهیر کې  فني او غیر فني کاریګروته  ۱۲۸۲ کاري ورخې رامنځته شوې وې. د یادونې وړ ده چې له   یاد کانال  به ۱۵۵ کورنۍ ګټه  اخلي او څه باندې  ۸۰۰  جریبه ځمکه به خړوبوي.
