Contract Award Decision Notice:
Pursuant to paragraph (2) of article 43 of the Procurement Law, we, hereby, inform all interested consultants that Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation & Development (MRRD) is intended to award the contract of (Livelihood Improvement in Tajik-Afghan Cross-border Areas (LITACA II)) with the total value of (USD 62,140 sixty two thousand and one hundred forty) to (Reliable Steps D-8-78 Street 7 Qala-e-fatullah . Kabul Afghanistan) company.
In case any real and legal personalities have any objection in this connection, they should submit their appeal officially within 7 calendar days from the date of this notice along with justification to procurement directorate, consultancy dept /, Block # 7, 3th floor, MRRD HQ, Tashkilat Street, DarulAman, Kabul, Afghanistan in accordance with provisions of article 50 of the procurement law.
This notice shall be in no way deemed as contract award. The contract shall not be awarded before the above-mentioned date and completion of subsequent legal proceedings.
