Implementation of two development projects costing 27 million AFN begun in Kuner province

With the total cost of 27 million AFN, the implementation of two development projects begun trough the Regional Programs Coordination Office of Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in Lechullam village of Darah peach district located in Kunar province.

These projects include the construction of 194 meters of protective walls, 40 meters irrigation water intakes and 50 meters of concrete iron canals, which during their implementation, 13 thousand and 500 working days will be created.

It is worth mentioning that with the implementation of these projects, hundreds of acres of agricultural land will be covered by irrigation, flood risks will be protected and 2571 local residents will be benefited.
