The Women Economic Empowerment Rural Development Program (WEE-RDP) of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development has continued the process of distributing gratuitous cash aid to the beneficiaries of this program in the provinces of the country. This time this program distributed the second installment of aid to members of two loan lending and savings unions in Nahrshahi district of Balkh province.

t is worth mentioning that Balkh is one of the leading provinces in completing the criteria for receiving cross-sectional capital, to which more than eight and a half million Afghanis have been spent.
