Construction of a water supply network project worth 3 million Afghanis completed in Ghor province

Construction of a water supply network worth 3 million Afghanis has been completed and handed over by the National Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Program of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in Leka Mazar village located Dolatyar district of Ghor province.
The network has a concrete storage with a capacity of 50 cubic meters, pressure breakers, pump room, 30 solar panels, and protective wall for solar panels, more than 4 km of pipe network and 180 water taps.
It is worth mentioning that during the implementation of the mentioned project, 3108 working days were created for the workers and after its completion, 370 families have gotten access to safe drinking water.
