Construction of a 291 -meter irrigation canal completed in Panjshir province

Construction of a 291 – meter agricultural water canal project has been recently completed and handed over by the Regional Programs Coordination Office of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in golkawa village located in Paryan district of Panjshir province.

During the construction of this canal, 1050 working days were created and after its completion, 1546 locals have benefited from its benefits.

It is worth mentioning that, while irrigating around 500 hectares of the agricultural land, this canal will prevent water loss on the way to the fields and will have a significant impact on increasing the agricultural products of the local people.
