The Flag National Day celebrated by the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) , in a ceremony attended by Mr Merajudine Shams, finance and administrative deputy minister of MRRD, Mr Shahzar Zadran the programs deputy minister and other members of the leadership and stuff of MRRRD.
The Flag National is very important to government of Afghanistan and is celebrated every year.
