آغاز کار ساخت یک مکتب ابتدایی به ارزش ۳.۳ میلیون افغانی در بلخ

کار اعمار یک باب مکتب ابتدایی به ارزش ۳.۳ میلیون افغانی زیر چتر پروژه‌ی اقراء از سوی برنامه‌ی ملی میثاق شهروندی وزرات احیا و انکشاف دهات، با گذاشتن سنگ تهداب آن در شهرک صفای لسوالی نهر شاهی ولایت بلخ افتتاح شد.

این مکتب دارای ۶ صنف درسی، مبرز و چاه آب بوده و زمینه‌ی آموزش و پرورش کودکان ۱۸۰ خانواده را فراهم می‌کند.

باید گفت که قرار است ۱۵ باب مکتب دیگر نیز زیر چتر پروژه‌ی اقراء برنامه‌ی ملی میثاق شهروندی به هزینه ۶۵ میلیون افغانی در ولسوالی نهرشاهی ولایت بلخ اعمار ‌‌شود.
