یک شبکهی آبرسانی به ارزش ۲.۵ میلیون افغانی در روستای حسین آباد ولسوالی علی شیر ولایت خوست از سوی برنامه ملی آبرسانی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات ساخته و به بهره برداری سپرده شد.
این شبکه شامل حفر چاهی به عمق ۷۰ متر، ساخت یک ذخیرهی آب کانکریتی، کشیدن ۲ کیلومتر پایپ و نصب تختههای سولر، پمپ سولری و ۳۰ شیردهن میشود.
با ساخت شبکهی مذکور آب آشامیدنی ۱۶۰ خانواده در روستای حسن آباد، ۹۰۰ دانش آموز و یک کلینیک تأمین میشود.
