Signing contract for construction of 1281 meters protective wall in Nangarhar

With the total cost of 37.8 million AFNs, the contract for construction of 1281 meters protective wall project in Zangow area of Bahsood district of Nangarhar province, was signed between MRRD’s Director in Nangarhar and Pashton abad social development council.
This wall, which will be built in three stages and within a year, its first stage consists 445 meters, the second stage 370 meters and the third stage consists 461 meters wall. And by the construction of the mentioned wall, hundreds of the residential houses and farmlands will be protected from the flood risks.
