در جریان تطبیق این پروژه ۶۶۰۰ روز کاری ایجاد شده و پس از تکمیل شدن، ۳۰ هزار تن از باشندگان محل از آن مستفید می‌شوند.
گفتنی است که با ساخت سرک مذکور مشکلات ترانسپورتی باشندگان شش ولسوالی ولایت خوست حل خواهد شد.
