Construction of an irrigation canal worth 1.8 million Afghanis completed in Samangan
Construction of a 75 - meter agricultural water canal and 33 meters protective wall costing 1.8 million Afghanis completed and handed over by the Citizens’ Charter National priority program of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in Pas Hesar village located Khorram and Sarbagh districts of Samangan province.
During the construction of this canal, 1480 working days were created for technical and non-technical workers, and after its completion, 220 families have been benefited.
It is worth mentioning that the mentioned canal has covered 560 hectares of the agricultural lands with regular irrigation in Pas Hesar village.
