د نږدې ۶ ملیونه افغانیو په ارزښت د کلیو د بیا رغونې او پراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري د ښاري بریښنا د یوې شبکې د جوړولو کار د سمنګانو ولایت د حضرت سلطان ولسوالۍ د کوکه بلاق پایین کلي د پراختیایي شورا لخوا روان دی. په نوموړې شبکه کې د ۳۷۵۰ مترو په اوږدوالي د ۲۰ کیلوواټو او د ۳۴۰۰ مترو په اوږدوالي د صفر اعشاریه ۴ کیلوواټو د بریښنا مزو د غځولو لپاره ۱۴۳ د ټي پي او اس پي ستنې په نظر کې نیول شوې دي. د یادونې وړ ده چې دغه شبکه ۲ ټرانسفارمرونه لري چې د هریوه ظرفیت ۱۸۰ کیلوواټه دی او د پروژې د بشپړیدو وروسته به ۲۵۴ کورنۍ ترینه ګټه پورته کړي.
