H.E Mujib Rahman Karimi the Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) , celebrated from 10th of March, which was named by the president Muhammad Ashraf Ghani as the day of seeding.

On the occasion , Mr. karimi told to  his countrymen through a message that, by cultivating, nurturing and caring far seeding plants, while gaining alms, take responsibility for beatifying the nature of the country, so that you and your children can live in a clean and healthy environment.
The minister of MRRD also added that while considering 10% share in  implementation of MRRD's development projects, the development social councils must care for greening and environmental protection, they must plant the plants and care for seeding otherwise a large part of the development projects  will be in completed.
