The acting Minister of the ministry of rural rehabilitation and development met with the representative of UNDP for Afghanistan

The acting minister of the ministry of rural rehabilitation and development Alhaj Mullah Muhammad Yunus Akhundzadah met with Mr. Stephen Rodriques, the representative of UNDP in Afghanistan and the accompanying delegation in his office today before noon.
At the beginning of the meeting, the head of UNDP in Afghanistan MR. Stephen Rodriques gave information about the projects and activities of UNDP in Afghanistan to the acting Minister of rural rehabilitation and development.
Mr. Stephen said, it is important for them to design a project based on the needs of the people of Afghanistan, so that the donated money reaches the needy people, and the problem can be solved to some extent.
He added that they will try to increase the coordination with the said ministry and by continuing their cooperation, we will try to increase the aid.
After that, acting minister of the ministry of rural rehabilitation and development Alhaj Mullah Muhammad Yunus Akhundzadah welcomed the new head of UNDP Mr. Stephen and the accompanying delegation and said; the ministry of rural rehabilitation and development appreciates your continued support and emphasized that priority should be given to basic projects. And work in those remote areas, which has not been worked in the last twenty years.
