کار ساخت یک شبکه آبرسانی به ارزش ۳.۳ میلیون افغانی از سوی برنامهی ملی آبرسانی و حفظالصحه روستایی وزارت احیا و انکشاف دهات در روستای بتهزار کاریزی ولسوالی حصه دوم کوهستان ولایت کاپیسا ۹۵ درصد پیش رفته است.
این شبکه مجهز به سیستم سولر پمپ بوده و دارای یک ذخیرهی ارتفاعی با ظرفیت ۲۰ متر مکعب آب و دیوار احاطه میباشد.
گفتنی است که با تکمیل کار شبکهی مذکور ۳۸۰ خانواده به آب آشامیدنی صحی دسترسی خواهند یافت.
