The work progress of a drinking water supply network construction project in Herat province
At a cost of AFNs 1.6 million , the construction work of one drinking water supply network has been 80% completed through the Citizen’s Charter National Priority Program of MRRD in Ismaielkheal village of Karkh district of Herat province .
This network is 2500 meters long and has one deep water well equipped with solar water pump system and 15000 liters capacity reservoir.
By the implementation of the mentioned project 441 families will gain access to clean drinking water.
