Signing the contract for the reconstruction of two irrigation Kareaz ha in Maidan Wardak province

Contract for the Reconstruction and cleaning of two irrigation Kareaz projects costing 10 million AFN, was signed by the head of the Rural Rehabilitation and Development Department and the social development council of Jaghto and Sayedabad districts of Maidan wardak province.

These karezes, which are 307 meters and 947 meters long, will be constructed within one year by the Regional Programs Coordination office of MRRD and with their completion, 650 hectares of the agricultural land will be covered by regular irrigation.
