Signing a contract for the reconstruction of an irrigation Kareaz project worth 1.7 million Afghanis in Wardak

The contract for Reconstruction and cleaning of a 346 –meter irrigation Kareaz costing more than 1.7 million Afghanis by the Regional Program Coordination Office of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in Murvi village located in Seyedabad district of Maidan Wardak province.was signed by the acting head of the Rural Rehabilitation and Development Department of Maidan Wardak and the relevant development council.

This karez will be built within a year and with its completion, 150 hectares of the agricultural land will be covered with regular irrigation.
