د کلیو د بیارغونې او پراختیا ریاست په همکارۍ او د نړیوال خوراکي پروګرام (WFP) له خوا د تخار ولایت په مرکز تالقان کې پر ۷۱۶۳ اړمنو کورنیو چې مخکې سروې او پیژندل شوي وي، خوراکي    توکي وویشل شول. په یادو مرستو کې اوړه، غوړي، نخود، بوره او وریجې شاملی دي چې هرې اړمنې کورنۍ ته د ۴۳۰۰ افغانۍ معادل خوراکي توکي وویشل شوې. دا په داسې حال کې ده چې دغه بهیر د یاد ولایت د کلیو د بیارغونې او پراختیا ریاست په همکارۍ په ټولو ولسوالیو کې دوام لري.
