د کلیو د بیارغونې او پراختیا ریاست تر چتر لاندې او د کپو (CAHPO) همکارې مؤسسې له لوري د څښلو د پاکو اوبو رسولو د پروژې په تطبیق سره د هلمند ولایت د نوزاد ولسوالۍ په بیلابیلو کلیوالي سیمو کې د (۱۰) حلقو نوو ژورڅاه ګانو او (۲۶) حلقو پخوانیو غیرې فعاله ژورو څاه ګانو او لاسي پمپونو د رغولو تخنیکي چارې مخکې پیل شوې وې فعلا د پروژې کار بشپړ او ګټې اخیستنې ته وړاندې شو. چې په نتیجه کې يې (900) کورنۍ د څښلو پاکو اوبو ته لاسرسی پیدا کړي او همدارنګه د روغتیا په برخه کې به د یادي  ولسوالۍ د اوسیدونکو د ساري امراضو کچه راکمه شي .
