د کلیو بیارغونې اوپراختیا وزارت د ولسي تړون ملي پروګرام له لوري د پنجشیر ولایت د شتل ولسوالۍ اړوند په چيلانك کلي کې ۱۱۰ کلیوالي کورنیو ته د څښاک پاکو اوبو ته د لاسرسي زمینه برابره شوه. نوموړې شبکه چې ٤٤٥٠ متره اوږدوالی، د ۲۵ متره مکعبه د اوبو د ظرفیت په لرلو یوه زیرمه اود ۵ نلکو لرونکې ده ګټې اخستنې ته سپارل شویده.د یادونې وړده چې د دغې پروژې د کار په بهیر کې ۱۲۴۰ ماهرو او غیرو ماهرو کاریګروته کاري ورځې برابرې شوېدي چې شاوخوا ۱ میلیون ۲۲۹ زره افغانې پرې لګښت راغلې.
